S/S 2016: Metallics

Spring is on the way (woohoo!) and the new trends have hit the shops so it’s time for my seasonal roundup of ideas for tango, starting with my favourite: metallics. They were around last year in the form of an 1980’s revival but it was a tricky look to pull off without looking like you were heading to a disco. This season it’s all calmed down a bit and there’s plenty of scope for the dancefloor. Go all out with a shimmering top, skirt or dress, or finish a neutral outfit with a stunning metallic shoe. Anything goes in colour combinations, but extra style points for using on-trend bottle green or blush pink.
